It's called WOW-U^®.

Many of our team leaders spend time throughout the year at WOW University (WOW-U®), our training facility located in beautiful Maryville, Tennessee. It provides a unique training experience for team members, where we come together with open minds and a willingness to explore new ideas. While there, team members are hands-on participants in skill development classes and workplace simulations. New initiatives and processes are also presented at WOW-U® before being rolled out to our restaurants. The WOW-U® experience focuses only on what's important -- constant evolution through learning. During this time, team members get energized by a challenge and strive to become the best that they can be as people, professionals, and leaders.

After working hard at WOW-U®, the team members stay overnight at the Ruby Tuesday Lodge™, where they are served four-star meals and learn the impact of a "wow" experience. They share ideas and best practices while continuing to build our company's Quality, Passion and Pride culture with their teammates and the company's leadership.
